Software engineering for the products and systems your business depends on.
A custom software development company. We design, build and modernize digital products, enterprise software and connected business systems, with one team covering product, integration, cloud, data and applied AI.

Three projects, three kinds of problem.

A virtual clinic platform for online consultations

Six disciplines, one team.
Six disciplines, one team. Most real projects cross more than one, so delivery is organized around the system rather than around departments.
Product Engineering
Customer products, SaaS platforms, portals and internal business software, from first release to ongoing improvement.
Application Modernization
Aging applications improved in stages: new interfaces, cleaner architecture and safer releases, without stopping the business.
Integration & Automation
APIs, event flows and workflow automation that make CRM, finance, operations and in-house systems work as one.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Cloud infrastructure, release pipelines and monitoring that keep software dependable as it grows.
Data Engineering & Analytics
Pipelines, data models and reporting that turn scattered records into numbers the business trusts.
Applied AI & Intelligent Systems
Retrieval, AI features and agent workflows with guardrails, evaluation and human review built in.
Start with what needs to change.
You do not need to know whether the answer is an API, a cloud migration or an AI workflow. Start with the change the business needs to make.

You have a product to launch and no platform yet.
Build a Digital ProductModernizeSoftware the business depends on has become slow and risky to change.
Modernize Existing SoftwareConnectTeams re-type data between systems that should agree.
Connect Systems & WorkflowsAutomateImportant work still runs on email, spreadsheets and chasing.
Automate Business OperationsUnderstandReports take days and nobody fully trusts the numbers.
Turn Data Into DecisionsAdd AIYou can see where AI would help, but not how to ship it safely.

Technologies we build with. Not partnership or certification claims. What each one is used for
Shaped around how the business operates.

Technology & SaaS
Product engineering, modernization and platform work for software-led businesses.

Professional Services
Systems that reduce administrative work and improve how knowledge, clients and delivery are managed.

Financial & Business Services
Connected workflows, data and software for process-heavy business operations.

Logistics & Supply Chain
Operational platforms, integrations and visibility across complex workflows.

Healthcare & Health Tech
Patient-facing products, clinical workflows and connected health data for care providers and health tech companies.

Retail & Commerce
Products and operational systems connecting customers, transactions, inventory and business data.
How the work actually runs.
One accountable team
Product, integration, data and cloud work stay with the same people, so nothing is lost between vendors.
Working software early
You review real software in a real environment every one to two weeks, not slides.
Decisions in writing
Scope, architecture and trade-offs are recorded, so the plan never lives in one person's head.
Support from the builders
The engineers who built the software monitor, fix and improve it after launch.
- 1Understand
We learn the business goal, the users, the current systems and the constraints.
- 2Shape
We agree what to build, keep, connect or retire, the order of work and what success looks like, in writing.
- 3Build
Working software is delivered in short cycles and reviewed with you regularly in a real environment.
- 4Connect
New work is joined to the systems the business already relies on, with retries, monitoring and clear ownership of data.
- 5Validate
We test against real use and the outcome the work was meant to achieve, not only against a checklist.
- 6Improve
After release we monitor, fix and improve, with the same people who built it.

Useful reading before a big software decision.
What does a first engagement with CodeWorx look like?
Usually one of three: a short, fixed-scope discovery phase that ends in a written plan, a defined project with agreed stages, or an ongoing team that owns a roadmap. Most clients start small and expand once the first stage proves itself.
Do we need a finished specification before we talk?
No. A few sentences on what needs to change, who is affected and which systems are involved is enough. Shaping the scope is part of the work.
Can you work with software we already run?
Yes. Much of our work improves existing software: modernizing it in stages, connecting it to CRM, finance and operations systems, or adding data and AI features without a full rebuild.
How is work priced?
A discovery phase has a fixed scope and price, a defined project is priced by agreed stages, and an ongoing team is billed monthly. Every engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.
How do you protect our systems and data?
Access is limited to what the work needs, every person uses an individual account with multi-factor authentication, every change is reviewed, and your own security policies are agreed in writing and followed.
Tell us what needs to change.
A few sentences on the problem is enough. Someone who can discuss both the business and the engineering will reply with a clear next step.
- 1We read your brief properly
- 2You speak with people who can discuss the business and the engineering
- 3You get a clear next step: a scoped engagement, a discovery phase or a proposal
